Well its now 5 past 5 on saturday afternoon and I haven't studied at all. It has been awesome. I got up late, helped dad garden (normally wouldn't have rushed out to help), read my book for awhile, had lunch, went to 1st choice and Dan's to get alcohol for dad (should see the cellar now  its pratically full!) and then checked my car's water etc. A pretty good waste of a saturday if you ask me!

Well its 6.34am and I had to get up about 20mins ago to help dad and the 'tank' guy get the tank of the back of the truck. It wasn't to difficult although when he pushed it off the truck it looked like it was going to roll down our yard into Jill's, but it didn't now all I can see from my room other than the washing line is the giant new tank!

Tuesday night was our final night, in Japan, so everybody wanted to do some shopping and see a bit of Kyoto at night. We went upo the Kyoto Tower which had a pretty good view but nothing on the Umeda Sky Building in Osaka. Another cold day, surprisingly! Got up late, excellent and caught the train from Cara`s to Shin-Osaka, and checkj through into the Shinkansen platform. Didn`t get onto the first Hikari way to busy and a Kodama was coming through next so i wasn`t particularly worried. After awhile of lazing around Cara`s apartment we decied to head down to the local Pub (Izakaya), called Ishinden for a bite to eat. The pub was tiny and smoky (very british) but it had a nice atmosphere. Had an awesome day today, got uplate finding that Cara was to sick to come to Nara with me! Caught the train two stops up the line to Bentencho (230¥), and then using my train pass jumped onto a JR train bound for Nara. Went to Kyoto buy train today. On the way it began to snow and it conitnued until we got to Kyoto station. The Kyoto station is an amazing eddifice of modern construction. It was still snowing as we were waiting for the bus (206). It was absolutely freezing!! I have finally arrived in Japan! After another flight from Singapore to Osaka. Mind, it was an easy flight there were, and i am serious about this, only 50 people on the whole plane, i had three seats all to myself so technically i should have slept, but i didn`t! Yeah i have touchdown in Singapore, the flight wasn't to bad, sat in the rang seat of course. I sat in the one for my next flight, not the first one! Oh well there is only one rows difference anyway!! Flight was alright sat next to a nice mother and daughter heading the Philipines, they slept most of the way, so that was good. It is Christmas at last, the long drawn out lead up has finally come to an end, with a huge Christmas party, full of fighting and bickering. It wouldn't be christmas without it!
